Confined Space Training
Overview
Our Confined Space Training programs provide employees with the knowledge and skills needed to recognize confined space hazards, understand entry requirements, and work safely in and around confined spaces. Training covers hazard identification, atmospheric monitoring, permit systems, ventilation, emergency procedures, and the roles and responsibilities of entrants, attendants, and supervisors.
Courses are designed to help workers understand the risks associated with confined space work and apply safe work practices that reduce the potential for injury and ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements.
Training is available in the following formats:
4 Hour Awareness
8 Hour Competent Person

Confined Space Awareness - $125 Per Person
This course is designed for workers who may work in or around confined spaces but are not responsible for overseeing entry operations. Training focuses on hazard awareness, basic entry concepts, atmospheric dangers, and confined space roles and responsibilities. The goal is to help employees understand risks and follow safe practices while supporting OSHA compliance.
Confined Space Competent Person - $200 Per Person
The Competent Person course provides more advanced training for supervisors, safety personnel, or individuals responsible for planning and overseeing confined space entry operations. Training covers OSHA regulatory requirements, hazard evaluation, atmospheric testing, entry permits, rescue considerations, and overall program management. Participants gain a deeper understanding of compliance responsibilities and practical decision-making needed to safely manage confined space work. This course does not make an employee a competent person but is designed to cover topics that will aid competent persons in identifying and controling hazards around confined spaces.
